Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products & services using current technical product and construction process knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Provide situational based solutions and engage in sales opportunities stemming from these developed relationships.
  • Track sales activities and lead notes in sales CRM.
  • Prepare proposals and sales contracts, pursue opportunities in a timely manner to close sales.
  • Manage insurance claims on the customers behalf. Common types of claims we handle are: Hailstorm losses, Tornado losses, Flooding, Fires, Wind Damage, Water Damage, Vandalism, and Building Collapse.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and a thorough sales pipeline.
  • Complete company training program and continuously improve through feedback and guidance.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in sales, building material sales preferred.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Must have a current, valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft and project management software
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Some Evenings and Weekends for Trade Shows and Events

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary Plus Commissions- Unlimited earning potential ($40,000 to $60,000/salary plus commissions. Earn anywhere from $250,000-$500,000/year)

  • Periodic bonuses based on meeting and exceeding goals.

We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting walk ins and professionally answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department/taking detailed messages
  • Inputting new customer information into the sales CRM
  • Assist sales department with proposals, follow up, contracts as assigned
  • Manage calendars and confirms appointments for the sales team
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of excel, spreadsheets and Google Docs

$18.00-$28.00/Hour
