A hailstorm affected this area leaving damage to windows, glazing bead, screens and a door. Initially, the carrier only estimated minor damage to one elevation of the home. Pinnacle provided documentation and photos to insurance which allowed for the entire scope of work to be completed and the home returned to pre-storm conditions.

We were contacted by the roofing company to assess the hail damage to a Colorado Springs residence. The initial insurance estimate only reflected a portion of the damage. Severe wind-driven hail damage was present on several windows and sashes. Working directly with the contractor, homeowner and insurance company, Pinnacle was able to get the homeowner over 3 times the original amount approved.

Golden, Colorado was affected by a severe thunderstorm with wind-driven hail. Our customer’s insurance company wrote their estimate for less than $12,000.00. Pinnacle performed a thorough assessment of the property and found damage to the roof, gutters, siding, stone, windows, doors, paint and decks. Pinnacle worked closely with the adjuster, homeowner and subcontractors for approval on all trades.

Pinnacle Windows was contacted by one of the roofing companies we partner with to assess the hail damage in Colorado Springs. The final approval amount was nearly 2.5 times the original after providing clear photos and descriptions of the affected materials and additional trades needed to return this home to pre-storm conditions.
Additional trades/items approved: Paint/stain, interior carpentry, exterior trim with paint/stain, delivery fees, materials, taxes, and labor.

We were called out to inspect smoke and heat damage due to the unfortunate Marshall Fire. Within 4 business days of working diligently with the adjuster, we received full approval of our $65,582.77 window estimate. The initial estimate was written for less than $5k in replacement blinds, however, we worked directly with an Industrial Hygienist, and Pinnacle was able to get the homeowners an additional $43,945.75 for replacement blinds in the home. In total, the customer received $109,528.02 for damages related to the Marshall Fire.
