Pinnacle Windows has been replacing and repairing windows for my homes for a year now. The last time I called, I couldn't shut three windows. They came the same day, adjusted something in the windows and now they close. No charge!!
I work with Heather to get bids on projects and schedule repairs. She is always professional, kind and quick. I appreciate her and Pinnacle Windows so much for keeping my windows in good repair so that I don't have to replace them! They are life savers.

We needed a 30-year-old sliding glass door replaced and were referred to Pinnacle. From my initial contact with Jacob until the completion of the job, they were exceptional. Jacob provided excellent phone, email and text communications from start to finish. Reed and the install crew arrived on time and were so professional, friendly and neat. Pinnacle provides top notch customer service.

Had an excellent experience with Pinnacle. I have been working with them for years on various projects, but they just completed a screened in patio for my personal home and I couldn't be happier.
