I listed my home for sale in March 2023 and quickly went under contract. During the buyer’s inspection, however, water penetration was discovered around most of the windows, and the contract fell through. After meeting with several contractors, I was fortunate to be introduced to Kenny Kunz, owner of Pinnacle Windows & Restoration.

With Kenny’s expertise, it was determined that my 5,400 sq ft home in Evergreen, Colorado had significant hail damage that caused water penetration under the stucco, as well as damage to the gutters, roof, and windows. I hired Pinnacle to oversee the full restoration, which included all new windows, new stucco around the windows, and a new roof.

From start to finish, Kenny and his team managed the project flawlessly. Kenny personally took the lead in working with my insurance company- meeting with the adjuster, making multiple calls, and sending countless emails- to ensure the entire scope of damage was covered. He followed through on everything he promised, and thanks to his persistence, my claim was fully approved. He truly made the process easy and stress-free for me.

I also want to recognize the outstanding Pinnacle team members and subcontractors. Chris oversaw the entire project, Tyler managed the window installation, and his crew—Victor, Dayvd, and their team—were hardworking, respectful, and courteous. I always felt comfortable leaving them in my home even when I was not present. The subcontractors Kenny brought in for the roof, stucco, and painting were equally professional and delivered excellent work.

I highly recommend Kenny Kunz and Pinnacle Windows & Restoration. They went above and beyond to restore my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

WOW! This company is a definite winner. Alyssa was a dream to work with from the jump. She took great care of us. After our storm in 2023 the insurance company didn't want to replace our windows. We have a sliding screen door that needed repair for a large hole our dog caused. We had purchased the door from Pinnacle Windows and Restoration about a year ago. We called them and not only did they remember us, they said they could send someone over to repair the screen door at our home. The repair was perfect. The fee was quite reasonable. This is the second time we have had a 5+ star experience with this company!

I recently needed to get a sliding patio screen door replaced and was referred to Pinnacle Windows by the manufacturer (Milgard). I received friendly, competent and professional service all the way through the process. When the door arrived, it did not fit perfectly. When I called them back about that, they sent someone over that same day (at no extra charge) who figured out the problem. I was so impressed and pleased to receive an exceptional level of customer service that seems to be so rare these days. I was treated like I was contracting them for a $20,000 project even though this was less than a $150 item.

I recently had new windows installed by Pinnacle, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is not something I usually expect with home improvement projects!

The team was friendly, punctual, and very respectful of my home. They worked quickly but didn’t cut corners—everything was done with care, and the end result looks fantastic. The windows are high quality, and I can already feel the difference in temperature and outside noise.

The Pinnacle window replacement "team" came to the house to replace and install a dozen windows. Team? An overused word by some, but not this group. Not only efficient, but friendly with each other, my wife, and me. They finished removing the old and replacing with new in less than 8 hours. I use the word efficient rather than fast because of the high quality that you don't get if the work is only fast. I recommend Pinnacle to everyone... oh and the office staff great communications with a smile you can sense over the phone.

I highly recommend this company. Everything was wonderful! The crew was very polite and everything looks great! The supervisor showed up with the crew, introduced the team lead to me so I knew who I was working with! The painters have already come too. The whole experience was quick & pain free!
